Faster intake, richer attachments, and Access-only sign-in

SSO replaces Basic Auth, Luna models land, and intake gains paste, files, and clearer edits.

Breaking

  • Sign in exclusively through Cloudflare Access SSO; app-level Basic Auth is gone.

Anyone still using username/password on the worker will be blocked until they come through Access. Shared credentials in env files are no longer used.

Features

  • Offer GPT-5.6 Luna (including a fast lane and xhigh thinking) as selectable low-latency intake models.

Preview and flagged environments can run first turns in seconds instead of waiting on Opus, while production can stay on the thorough default.

  • Paste screenshots, drop desktop files, and edit ticket preview fields before submit.

Landing and conversation composers accept clipboard images and non-image files, and field-level edits no longer require starting a new conversation.

  • Attach pictures and videos when leaving agent feedback.

  • Dock feedback in the header or FAB and key each session to the current intake.

  • Make ticket edit paths explicit with Refine with assistant and a Back to draft exit.

  • Open each dashboard initiative directly in Jira.

  • Polish submitted-ticket history and mobile intake layout.

Fixes

  • Restore ownership of legacy intake sessions after the auth change.

  • Start an owned conversation from search results instead of minting the wrong request.

  • Keep dashboard team colours stable when quarter filters change.

  • Stop iOS input zoom, keep the composer above the keyboard, and un-overlap the mobile header chip.

  • Keep intake ticket links working after Jira project moves.

  • Write edited Problem text into the Jira issue description.

  • Stop repository-mirror evidence from crashing the isolate on large clones.

  • Load the repository-mirror filesystem correctly on Workers.

  • Reliability improvements behind the scenes.
